Today, the main difference between production contractors is the experience in their work forces. Experienced certified operators have dwindled while demand has stabilized or even increased in certain areas. FPS excels in the recruiting of these individuals to better serve the industry. All OCS contractors attempt to draw from the same labor pool, but usually aren't successful because they are not selective. We at FPS choose to be better so we strive to be more effective across the board in personnel selection and management.
