It is the primary goal of FPS to motivate a high level of interest in safety and regulatory compliance among its employees, as well as keeping them abreast of new or changing laws and situations. Accordingly, it is the focus of this program that every effort be made to prevent accidents and injury. It is the responsibility of all personnel, from top management through its ranks, to comply with this program and the policies of FPS.
Remember, laws are made for all of our protection and go hand-in-hand with safety. There is no difference in the two. Consistent safe operations are always the end result of diligent regulatory compliance. Compliance is a process that never ends.
FPS will be honored to award employees who take both safety and regulatory matters seriously. With that in mind we are proud to offer the following:
Safety
- Crew Safety Awards: When a crew assigned to a platform(s) or field completes six (6) months with no reportable and no-loss time accidents, they will receive a FPS gift certificate redeemable for work attire at a predetermined establishment. Six month periods are from April 1st to October 1st to April 1st, etc.
- Individual Safety Awards: When an individual completes six (6) months with no reportable and no-loss time accidents, the employee becomes eligible for a cash drawing held April 1st and October 1st. The cash amounts will be paid to three (3) employees, randomly selected.
